Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and disclose your information.
This document serves to inform you about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the SixLove apps. We collect information in order to administer the apps and provide users with services, features, and content related to the app.
Personally Identifiable Information
We use account details, game activity, messages and optional profile images to provide the service. We share information with the service providers described below for hosting, email delivery, advertising, purchases and optional voice chat.
Email Address Usage
Email addresses are not required to use the apps or service. If you choose to provide an email address, it will only be used for essential transactional operations such as:
- Password reset requests
- Account security notifications
We use your email for sign-in codes, account security and requests you make, including account deletion. Our email provider, Amazon Web Services, processes the address to deliver these messages. We do not send promotional emails.
Audio
Some users (E.g. premium) can create voice chat tables. Voice data is never stored. It is only transmitted while active in table to table participants (players, and optionally spectators)
Images
Some users can create custom avatars. Avatar images are public and can be seen by anyone you interact with on the app.
Advertising and privacy choices
We use Google AdMob to show ads. Its SDK may collect IP addresses, approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages advertising consent choices. We request ads only when UMP permits them.
When advertising privacy choices are required, you can reopen them from Ad privacy choices in About & Support. You can also manage advertising identifiers and permissions in your device settings. Declining advertising consent does not prevent gameplay.
Website advertising
We use Google AdSense for website ads. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this website and other websites. Advertising partners may process your IP address, browser information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
Where required, Google’s consent message lets you accept, decline or manage advertising choices. You can change those choices using the privacy choices link provided by Google. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising in My Ad Center. Declining consent does not prevent gameplay.
How Google uses your information · Google ad settings
Subscriptions
SixLove uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and subscription access. We send an app-specific account identifier linked to your account. RevenueCat processes purchase history, subscription status and device information. Apple or Google handles payment; we do not receive your payment card details.
Service providers
Amazon Web Services processes email and stored images for us. Hosting providers process service traffic and records. When voice chat is enabled, LiveKit carries audio and connection information to table participants; we do not record voice audio. These providers process data for the purposes described in this policy.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your SixLove account at sixlove.app/account-deletion/. You can also start deletion from your profile in the app. Deletion signs you out and removes access to this app. If you use other Wippl apps, your shared account and settings remain for those apps; otherwise we remove account settings. Account identifiers, sign-in metadata and some message, game and diagnostic records may remain after deactivation under the retention rules below. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play to stop future billing.
Retention and deletion
Chat messages become eligible for scheduled removal after two days, and diagnostic reports after 90 days. Direct messages and game history are removed under service-configured retention periods. Guest accounts are deactivated on sign-out or after a period of inactivity. Some account identifiers and sign-in metadata remain after deactivation; backups can retain copies until rotated. Contact us for questions or requests about retained data.
Cookies
We use cookies for two main purposes:
- To save your user information and preferences for future accesses to the apps and services, improving your experience.
- To provide registered members with authenticated access to features and content on a per-session basis.
You may choose not to accept cookies via your browser configuration. However, this may reduce your access to content and functionality in the apps.
Log Data
Our servers collect request information, including IP addresses, access times and requested services, to operate and protect the service. Error and issue reports can include device details, app versions, game context and recent actions. Hosting providers process this information for us.
App Usage Statistics
The SixLove apps record how they are used so we can see where new players stop and which games they play. This includes when the app opens, which first-run screens are shown, which games you start, and how each game ends: finished, left, or closed.
Each installation gets a random identifier. It is not a device or advertising identifier, and it is replaced if you reinstall the app. If you play as a guest or sign in, these records are linked to your account. They are not shared with advertisers. When you delete your account, its link to these records is removed.
Website Visit Statistics
We count visits to our website so we can see how many people find it and where they come from. Each visit is added to a daily total; we do not keep a record of individual visits or of the pages any one person viewed.
For each visit we record the date, the page visited, the country your IP address resolves to, and the link or campaign that brought you here. We also store a scrambled, unreadable form of your IP address for 7 days, so that if you install one of our apps we can tell which link brought you. The scrambled value cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is deleted after 7 days.
Links shared from the app include a short share id. We use it to count visits and new players from that link for 90 days, then keep only totals.
Information Disclosure
Other users of the apps will be able to see your username, public player info (wins, losses, ratings, game history, etc), registration date, and your comments in public spaces. We recommend that you do not post sensitive or personal information in public chat or other public areas of the apps.
